Business Plan

  • To achieve the business target Kidspark Preschools will work on two parallel strategies.

    • Appointment of Master Franchisee in States & Unit Franchisee in District HQ
    • Appointment of State Head in States & District Business Managers in District HQ

    State Head will directly report to Vice President / Senior Vice President. Time to time Review meetings will be conducted by Director – Academics / Senior Vice President & Chairman.

Appointment of Master Franchisee in States |

  • Kidspark will appoint Master Franchisee in every state & master franchisee will generate business for Kidspark in respective state. Kidspark will support master franchisee by appointing mangers in the state / district HQ. Investment for Master Franchisee will be ₹60 Lacks for Tier I states, ₹50 Lacks for Tier II states, ₹40 Lacks for Tier III states, & in return Master franchisee will get ₹50,000/- (Rs Fifty Thousand Only) per unit franchisee & 0.75% royalties from net business profit of unit franchisee.

Appointment of Unit Franchisee in District HQ |

  • Kidspark will appoint Unit Franchisee in every district & taluka, & unit franchisee will generate business for Kidspark in respective area. Kidspark will provide support to unit franchisee by appointing mangers at the district HQ. Investment for unit Franchisee will be ₹25.0 Lacks for Tier I Cities, ₹15.0 Lacks, for Tier II & Tier III cities & in return franchisee will get 85% of profit generated, & they will pay only 15% to Kidspark as Royalty.

Special Support to Unit Franchisee

  • Kidspark will assist Unit franchisee in getting admissions and will ensure minimum 25 admissions in 1st year, 60 students in 2nd year & 75 students in 3rd year. Kidspark will compensate with mutually agreed amount per student to the unit franchisee for less admissions. (e.g in unit franchisee got only 25 admissions, Kidspark will pay for remaining 15 admissions, likewise)

Appointment of State Head in States |

  • KIDSPARK will appoint “State Head” on package of 3.6 L to 6.0 Lacks per annum in every state. “State Head” will be responsible for entire business development and growth in state. State Head will be heading teams of District Business Managers.

Appointment of District Business Managers in District HQ |

  • KIDSPARK will appoint “District Business Manager” in every district on package of 1.8 L to 3.0 Lacks per annum. As a business incentive policy DBM will get 1.0% royalties from net business profit of unit franchisee. “District Business Manager” will be responsible for entire business development and growth in district. “District Business Manager” must appoint minimum 06 Unit franchisee in a Financial Year. Failing which Company may terminate their employment by giving notice.
